In order to insure that you have a risk- and worry-free experience when you purchase from us[AMAZED -CORPORATION], we have put in place several guarantees for your protection.

1. All diamonds and colored gemstones come with a 07-day conditional return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
2. Most diamonds are accompanied by only the most respected grading reports (certificates - certs) from either the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the American Gem Society (AGS) or from indian gem testing lab. This insures you that the color, clarity, carat weight, and other characteristics of your diamond have been rigorously and accurately graded by standards recognized worldwide.
3. We do not sell clarity- or color-enhanced diamonds of any type! All our stones are natural in every respect, and cut to high standards. Therefore, you don't have to worry about being sold a laser-drilled, fracture-filled, high- pressure//high- temperature (HPHT) or irradiation color-enhanced diamond from us!
4. We restrict the color and clarity ranges of diamonds we sell. In most cases we accept diamonds with only the six top colors - from "D" to "I", and clarity grades from flawless (FL) through slightly included (SI2).
   

NOTE: The purchaser is solely responsible for all out of state, federal or out-of-country taxes and/or duty which might apply. WONDERDIAMONDS.COM accepts no responsibility and bears no liability for any of these taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We anticipate that you will be very pleased with your purchase from WONDERDIAMONDS.COM. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you should wish to return or exchange your purchase within the 07-day return guarantee period, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Call (0091-141-2324724) or e-mail (AMAZEDCORP@GMAIL.COM) us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and enter this number on both your shipping label and on the original invoice (you MUST return the original invoice).
2. Return all merchandise and contents in their original packaging.
3. Ship your return, insured for the full amount of the purchase price, by registered mail through the U.S. Postal Service.
4. NOTE: Altered or damaged merchandise, or merchandise not returned as instructed will not be accepted. Also, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if shipped from outside the INDIA.
5. Once satisfactory receipt of your returned merchandise is confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone, and a refund for the full purchase price will be issued within five working days.
6. If you wish to exchange your purchase during the 07-day return guarantee period, call us (0091-141-2324724) to arrange return of the original merchandise , and to select your alternative purchase. Upon receipt of the original merchandise, we will apply the full purchase price to your alternate selection.

If the credited value of your original purchase exceeds that of your alternate selection, your refund will accompany the alternate selection. If the credited value of your original purchase is less than your alternate selection, then payment for the amount owed must accompany the returned merchandise.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE EXPECTED AND APPLICABLE ONLY FROM INDIAN CUSTOMER.

3. The color representation of gemstones on this site is subject to variability imposed by electronic photography, internet transmission and your monitor settings, and are outside our control. We make every effort to portray gemstones in their full and fair color representations.

Once you have had a chance to view our inventory of diamonds and gemstones and are ready to order, or if you have any questions or special requests, you can use the Contact Us Form, send e-mail to AMAZEDCORP@GMAIL.COM or call toll free to confirm availability (0091-141-2324724) and to choose the method of payment and shipment you prefer.

If you are viewing a particular stone on our site, when you click on the link that says "Contact us about this stone," you will be taken to an interactive form that can be sent to us that includes information about the stone you were looking at.

You can purchase using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), or use a cash payment method (wire transfer, cashier's check, or personal check).

If you are interested in an item we don't show in the inventory please let us know. We will gladly locate it for you.

SHIPPING POLICY
WONDERDIAMONDS.COM offers FREE SHIPPING of your stones registered and insured according to the following DOMESTIC schedule:

Total Purchase (excluding taxes) Shipped Weekdays via:
$0 - 499 Ground Transport*
$500 - 1999 Second Day Shipping*
$2000 - 75000 Overnight Shipping*
$75,000 - greater Armed Courier

*Alternatively, you can select a more rapid or more convenient means of shipment, and/or weekend delivery at cost.

We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS. Orders are sent to only bona fide street addresses, are registered with a return receipt, are insured for the full purchase price and require an adult signature. We will also ship FedEx to a Holding Station near you for pickup by you. In all cases, we ask that once you receive the shipment please confirm by e-mail or phone.

NOTE: For FedEx shipments to your doorstep, please make sure you DO NOT have a signature release on file with them. If you have such a release, delivery is deemed complete once they drop the shipment at your doorstep and all insurance against loss ceases at that point.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Shipping and insurance rates to points outside the U.S. are determined by destination and priority, and will be charged to the customer.
